  1. If PHEB claims their model is successful, they should open their accounts for scrutiny. If they scream lack of transparency in Temples, they can start by opening their own books to the Hindu community. We can than see what constitutes “success”.

Government interference has been proven to be a disaster for Hindu temples. One only needs to see the widespread looting and mismanagement of funds by governments in India. In fact there is now a strong legal movement to take back the temples from Government control and return them to the respective communities. See the case of Dr Subramanian Swamy and the Nataraja Temple http://www.dailypioneer.com/todays-newspaper/sc-frees-nataraja-temple-from-tn-govts-control.html .

Temples that are facing issues can be temporarily taken over by Government until the issues are rectified and authority returned to the trustees. There should be limited time period for Government control but it should never be in their control for an indefinite period.

  2. Can i noe what hindu sangam done to regulate temple in malaysia? Is ter any external auditor who report to government? How sure hindu sangam believe there is no any misuse of fund by temple management? Come out a floor plan to counter PHEB. Otherwise better folo single body regulation who will reporting to govt. We need to monitor all temple fund. Make it transparent if brave enough.
